Instructions
Step 1
Sautee onions, garlic, tomatoes, and jalapeño , with canola or olive oil. Add broken pieces of potatoes and let everything simmer. Add 3 eggs and mix in the pan. Let it cook to your liking.
Step 2
Warm up tortilla and add cheeses. Flip the tortilla before hand to get it crispy. Add all components onto tortilla. Optional: add hot sauce of your liking.
