Instructions
Step 1
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl and let it marinade for a minimum of 30mins to overnight.
Step 2
Put the chicken into an airfryer for 12 - 15 mins at 180 degrees.
Step 3
In a pan make the ramen noodles.
Step 4
In another pan melt butter, garlic, spring onion, soya sauce, chilli flakes, brown sugar - let this thicken up. Once thick, add the ramen noodles into the pan and crack an egg and mix into the noodles.
Step 5
Add sesame seeds on top of the noodles and then add the chicken thighs.
