Instructions
Step 1
1) Dice and chop the filling ingredients 2) Cream the steak pieces and season with salt pepper and lime
3) wrap the filling in the steak pieces to form beef rolls and secure with string (optional use toothpicks)
4) Sear the beef rolls in a pan with a little cooking oil
5) Prepare the gravy with onions tomatoes and Garam masala
6) Place the seared meat into the gravy and cook till prepared
7) Top with Corriander Serve with hot pao & lotsa 😍
