Instructions

Step 1
In a pan over medium low heat, sizzle chopped onion and chilli with olive oil for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Add pancetta cubes and cook for about 3 minutes or until crispy.
Step 3
Add tomato passata in and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Season with a pinch of salt.
Step 5
In the meantime, boil your pasta in some salted water and take it out 3 minutes before it’s ready.
Step 6
Add you pasta to your arrabbiata sauce, along with a couple of spoons of pasta water to make it sexy!
Step 7
Layer your pasta in a shallow oven dish and alternate it with mozzarella and gated Parmigiano cheese.
Step 8
Bake for 10/15 mins or until the top becomes crispy (180C/360F).
