For The Cookies

1 boxyellow cake mix
super moist

½ cupbutter
melted

2eggs
large cage free

3 boxesvanilla pudding mix
sugar free

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.

For The Cookies

Combine cookie ingredients into a dough (cake mix, 3 boxes vanilla pudding mix, butter, and eggs). Use a spoon to scoop dough balls or use your hands to form dough balls (rather thick) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.






Step 3
Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for about 12 minutes. All oven temps vary, so keep an eye on them to not overcook - stick a toothpick into the thickest part and it is done when the toothpick is clean when removed.

Step 4
Once cookies are cooled, too each cookie with a dollop of icing. Place in fridge to cool. Option, top each cookie with sliced berries or your favorite fruit!
For The Icing
Step 5
Prepare icing while cookies cook: combining remaining 3 boxes of vanilla pudding mix and heavy whipping cream in a blender for a few seconds until stiff peaks form.
