Salmon, Shrimp and Spinach Alfredo

Instructions

Step 1
Cut salmon into cubes and season
Step 2
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat then place the salmon in the pan and allow to cook for 3-4 min on each side
Step 3
Season the shrimp/prawns with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 4
Cook in the same pan for 1 minute per side until almost cooked through.
Step 5
Remove and set aside.
Step 6
Add the onion and garlic to the pan with a knob of butter (or a splash of oil).
Step 7
Cook until fragrant then add the spinach
Step 8
Cook until the spinach is wilted then pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Allow to simmer for a few min and add a couple of handful of Parmesan cheese
Step 10
Add the salmon and shrimp back to the sauce and cook for another minute to warm through the seafood.
Step 11
Cook noodles to Al dente
Step 12
Toss everything together and serve
