Chicken Caesar Wraps

I love salads on warmer days when you don’t want to heat up the kitchen for a healthful meal. Tucked inside a wrap a salad feels a little more like a meal. Either way, delicious. Add some sliced mushroom, hard boiled egg or broccoli florets if you want to change things up.

Ingredients
4 servings

8 cupsromaine lettuce
watched and chopped salad sized pieces

2 cupsChicken
cooked, diced, leftover from Sunday’s cook

4 stripsbacon
cooked and diced

2 cupscroutons
homemade or great store bought ones

½ cupgrated parmesan cheese

4flour tortilla wraps

For the Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
To make the dressing combine all ingredients in a bullet blender (or whisk by hand)
Step 2
Add as much milk as needed to achieve a dressing consistency.
Step 3
Toss salad ingredients with dressing, load servings into tortillas, dress with a squeeze of fresh lemon and some fresh pepper. Roll up tight and enjoy!
