Easy Slow Pork Ribs

11 steps
Prep:20minCook:3h
The recipe is so simple a child can follow and get professional quality results. No special skills or equipment are needed. All you need is a rack of pork ribs, an oven, and aluminum foil. It doesn’t even matter how good your range is, as long as it keeps low temperatures. Pack seasoned ribs in foil and cook low (270-300F) and slow (~3 hours). Foil doesn't let any moisture escape keeping in all the juices and flavors of meat, bones, cartilage, and fat. The result is full of flavor and melts in your mouth! Use the same method of cooking, but be creative with flavor variations. There are different dry rubs, marinades, and sauces. Vary fruits and vegetables under the rack of ribs. They can be as simple as sliced onions, carrots, and potatoes. Or, you can go with really complex combinations that include dry and smoked fruit, pickled and fermented vegetables, fresh herbs, and exotic spices.
