Combine chicken, seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and garlic in a large bowl. Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes. Cook chicken in a large skillet over high heat 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and slightly golden. Serve in a pita or over rice and top with your desired toppings I like tomato, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, feta cheese, pepperoncini, red pepper flakes, and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
