Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°.

Step 2
Cube butternut squash and red potato.
Step 3
Add butternut squash and red potato plus the drained can of garbanzo beans to a sheet pan. Coat with oil, season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Place in oven for approximately 40 minutes, until done to your liking.
Step 4
Add jar of tikka masala curry sauce and mushrooms to a deep pan to heat through. Add butternut squash, red potato and garbanzo beans.
