Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2
Slice eggplant in ¼ inch slices
Step 3
Place eggplant on baking sheet, and put into the oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 4
Take the eggplant out of the oven and flip them.
Step 5
Add 1 tablespoon of sauce, and 1 tablespoon of cheese on top of the eggplant. Top with seasonings.
Step 6
Place the eggplant back into the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
