Instructions

Step 1
Shred imitation crab
Step 2
Season salmon with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook to preference. Flake using a fork after cooked.

Allow salmon to cool before adding to crab
Step 4
Add cream cheese, mayo, and sriracha to mix. Mix well and set aside.
Step 5
To cooked rice add vinegar, half at a time.
Step 6
On a baking tray, add rice and press it down tightly. Add a generous amount of furikake. Top with salmon and crab mix. Bake at 380 F for 10 minutes. Then broil for 3-5 minutes.
Step 7
Top it off with garnishes
