Spice up your sushi night and try this veganized version of the viral sushi bake! It is perfect for meal or to feed a large family and you really do get the perfect bite every time 🤤😉

✨INGREDIENTS✨
3 cups cooked brown rice
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp sesame oil
3 sheets shredded nori
1.5 block (600g) shredded pressed tofu
3 tbsp sriracha mayo - I used my cashew mayo posted on my website
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
Top with more sriracha mayo, green onions & sesame seeds
Serve with nori sheets, avocado, shredded carrot, red cabbage, cucumber, or whatever you heart desires!
🙌 First cook your brown rice then season with rice wine vinegar and sesame oil and mix in some shredded nori. Feel free to add more seasonings to taste!
😋 Next shred up your pressed tofu and gently fold in some sriracha mayo and teriyaki sauce
😍Layer your rice into a baking dish followed by the shredded tofu mixture
🔥 Pop that into the oven at 375f for 15-20 minutes then broil for 1-3 minutes watching carefully so it doesn’t burn!
🧅 Top with more sriracha mayo, green onions and sesame seeds and serve with some nori and any of your favourite add on’s
