½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
1 tspgarlic powder
½ tsppaprika
1 ½ cupsfrozen bay scallops
1 ½ cupsimitation crab meat
8 ozcream cheese
softened
½ cupJapanese kewpie Mayo
2 Tbspsriracha
4 cupsrice
cooked
3 Tbsprice wine vinegar
⅛ tspsalt
2 Tbspfurikake seasoning

Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cook rice. Chop imitation crab meat and bay scallops into small pieces. Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Cook salmon for about 8 minutes in the air fryer.
Step 2
Using a fork, shred the salmon then combine imitation crab, scallops, cream cheese, kewpie Mayo and sriracha together. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
In a baking dish, add the cooked rice, sushi rice vinegar and salt then mix together. Spread the rice out evenly then add furikake seasoning. Spread the seafood mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then broil for 2 more minutes. (Keep an eye on it!) Drizzle sriracha and kewpie Mayo, then top with fried shallots and green onions. Serve with seaweed sheets and avocado!
