Step 1
rinse the rice under running water and wring it out. put the rice in a saucepan, fill it with water (1.5 parts of water for 1 part of rice). add salt, cook for 15 minutes

Step 2
in the meantime, quickly fry spices and nuts in sesame oil in a hot pan constantly stirring. remove from heat after 2-3 minutes.


Step 3
add fried spices to the cooked rice when it has absorbed all the water, add there the bright part of the lemon zest of 1 lemon removed by a grater and the juice of half a lemon. add cashew nuts. thoroughly mix rice with nuts and spices. put the lid on and let the rice soak up the flavour of the spices to the fullest
