Instructions

Step 1
-Turn your oven to 315*F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except the egg white, powdered sugar and dry fruit. Mix well to combine and set aside. -In a smaller bowl, whisk the egg whites to a soft peak, then add the powdered sugar and whisk again until firm peaks are achieved. -Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the granola mixture, then evenly spread onto prepared baking dish. -Bake for 35-45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until everything is well toasted and browned nicely. -Allow to cool fully, then mix in the dry fruit and store in an air tight container for up to a week. Serve on yogurt with favorite fall fruit.
