Instructions
Step 1
Slow cook sausage in the crock pot until tender, then remove and cut into slices.
Step 2
Brown sausage in frying pan then remove. Add bell peppers and onions to frying pan and cook until tender.
Step 3
Add in the marinara, red wine, worcestershire and chili flakes and simmer for 20 minutes
Step 4
Add mozzarella to the top, broil until cheese is melted and bubbly
