Chili Oil Garlic Butter Pasta ๐

BASED ON TRUE STORY:
I was sitting down in the kitchen yesterday night and there was a brand new chili oil on the table.
I was wondering for 5 minutes if I could make something quick with it and I decided to cook pasta for dinner.
I randomly added the ingredients to the pan and it literally WORKED out!!!! Proud of myself tho HAHAHHAHA๐
Ingredients:
* 200g of spaghetti
* ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ5 garlic cloves, minced
* ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ1.5 tbsp of butter
* ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ2 tbsp of chili oil
* 2 tbsp of honey
* ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ2 tbsp soy sauce
* A splash of pasta water
* ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝ40g of grated parmesan
* ๏ฟฝ๏ฟฝChives, minced
To garnish:
* 1 egg (optional) - to make it more creamy
* Parmesan cheese
* Chili Oil
Steps:
1. Cook the pasta to al dente for about 10-12 minutes
2. For the sauce, combine chili oil, honey, soy sauce and hot pasta water. Set aside.
3. Heat the butter in a pan. Then, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Next, add the sauce to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add the pasta to the pan and give it a good mix.
6. Lastly, add the parmesan cheese and chives. Give it a final mix.
7. Garnish with 1 egg yolk, parmesan cheese and chili oil. Enjoy!
