Instructions

Step 1
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts
Step 2
Chop roasted red peppers
Step 3
Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil and place on roasting pan
Step 4
Roast Brussels for 35 minutes on 425 degrees
Step 5
Pan fry chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Step 6
Pour cream and roasted red bell peppers into small sauce pan or small skillet.
Step 7
Bring heavy cream and bell peppers to a boil then turn down to simmer until thick
Step 8
Once chicken reaches 165 degrees, plate chicken and top with cream sauce
