Instructions

Al dente pasta

Step 1
1 cup dry pasta per serving. Boiling water, some salt, some olive oil. Cook per box instructions. Hold onto the pasta water

Sauce

Step 2
Some oil to pan at medium heat. Add in onions and fry until golden / no more raw smell

Add in chopped tomatoes and pasta sauce. Simmer

Add in bell peppers and continue cooking. Save unused sauce by freezing in ice cube tray! No waste!

Add in pasta water and spices per your taste. Cook more

Add in sour cream towards the end. Combine and turn off heat.
