For the teriyaki sauce
3 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbsprice wine vinegar
2 Tbspagave
1garlic clove
grated
1 thumbginger
grated
1 Tbspbrown sugar

Instructions
Step 1

Cook your quinoa in salted water until fluffy.
Step 2

Slice the tofu into chunks, and cover with soy sauce and mix. Then cover in cornflour and mix again then bake in the oven at 180°c for 25 mins.
Step 3

Fry your veggies in a little oil, soy sauce & agave syrup. Then mix all the teriyaki sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour over the cooked tofu (in a pan).
Step 4
Load up the containers with the quinoa, veggies & tofu and top with spring onion & sesame seeds and enjoy!
