Instructions
Step 1
Cut salmon into 2 inch chunks and onion into quarters. If skewers are wooden, soak in water until needed.

Place fish in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag or marinating container

Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemons. Whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, oil, dill, and desired amount of salt and pepper. Pour over fish, seal bag, and toss. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush onion quarters with oil

Thread onions and fish onto skewers and grill 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork
