Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 F

Step 2
Add all ingredients to food processor or bread machine and select dough cycle. Dough can be made the previous evening and refrigerated

In a large pot, boil 2 quarts of water
Step 4
While water comes to a boil, divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a rope 12 inches long. Cut the rope into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Let the bagels rise for only 5 minutes
Step 5
Lower a few bagels at a time into the boiling water. As soon as they rise to the top, transfer with a skimmer to a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle any toppings and bake 20 minutes, or until golden brown
