Instructions
Step 1
Mix oats, papitas, pistachios, cinnamon, ground coriander, and a pinch of salt.

In a separate bowl combine maple syrup and vanilla.

Combine the two bowls and toss to coat evenly.

Spread out on a sheet tray lined with parchment or a silpat and bake at 350°f for around 20 minutes, stirring half way through.

Let cool completely.

For the grapes pre heat a pan over medium high heat, add a small amount of oil, then add grapes and blister on both sides. Season with a small pinch of salt and remove. Let cool completely

use your favorite yogurt to finish the yogurt bowl. Add as much toppings as you please
