Instructions
Step 1
Clean mushrooms Tear oyster mushrooms trim and cut button and chestnut mushrooms
Step 2
Heat oil in pan. Sweat onion without colouring. Add mushrooms cook till golden
Step 3
Boils
Water. Add salt. Cook pasta. Drain and reserve 200ml cooking water.
Step 4
Add reserved water to mushrooms. Stir in butter, Marmite and honey. Simmer to form a sauce.
Step 5
Add cooked pasta to sauce. Toss through. Season to taste. Serve with parmigiana.
