Step 1
Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with butter. Toast until golden brown.
Step 2
Cut the peach in half. Then slice it into thin pieces. Slice the tomato as well.
Step 3
Spread the bottom half with the garlic mayonnaise.
Step 4
Place the cheese on top. Melt it with a blowtorch or bake it in the oven for 2-3min at 200 degrees grill station until the cheese has melted.
Step 5
Then place the salad, tomato and peach slices on top. Finish with the pastrami.
Step 6
Stack the second half of the bread on top and enjoy!
