Ingredients

1 poundground beef
1 poundground pork
8 stripsbacon
cooked and chopped
2eggs
whisked
½ cupPanko bread crumbs
Italian
¼ cupmilk
1 teaspoonseasoned salt
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ cupyellow onion
chopped
½ teaspoonground black pepper
2 cupscheddar cheese shredded
1 cupBBQ Sauce
1.5 Tablespoonshoney
1.5 Tablespoonsbrown sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat and prepare electric smoker to 325 degrees Fahrenheit according to manufacturer's directions. Fruit pellets are the best
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf.
Step 3
Place on smoker and smoke until the internal temperature is 165 degrees F which should take about 1 ½ hours.
Step 4
Meanwhile mix together all the ingredients for the BBQ Sauce.
Step 5
With a half hour left of cooking time brush meatloaf with BBQ sauce and cook the remaining ½ hour.
Step 6
Remove from smoker, brush with the BBQ Sauce, slice and serve immediately.
