Step 1
In a gallon zip lock bag, mix soy sauce, Sambal, ginger, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil. Add beef and marinate 30 minutes.
Step 2
Add olive oil to non stick skillet. Sauté beef 4-5 min until it begins to caramelize.
Step 3
Add peppers and onion. Cook until tender crisp.
Step 4
Mix mayo, garlic, chili sauce and water.
Step 5
Put 1 1/4 c lettuce in a bowl. Top with 1/2 of steak and pepper mixture. Drizzle with 2 T of dressing.
