Step 1
Place flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 10 mins. Do not let it brown, if it starts browning take it out.
Step 2
Beat butter, sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth.
Step 3
Slowly mix in flour, then add in milk until it is cookie dough consistency. About 2 tbsp.
Step 4
Add in desired toppings, as little or as much as you want, mix & enjoy!!
