Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir well until combined.

Mix milk, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine

Pour the liquid mix into the dry ingredients. Batter well until smooth

Let the batter rest for 5 minutes

Heat the pan on 3.5-4 level. When hot, pour ~1/2 cup of batter on it. When the batter starts to bubble (but not too liquid), turn it over and cook until golden brown.
Step 6
Serve with berries and maple syrup (or whatever you feel like).
