1 cupmayonnaise
¼ cupwhite vinegar
2 tablespoonsturbinado sugar
1 ½ tablespoonbrown sugar
5 tablespoonshoney mustard
2 tablespoonshoney
1 teaspoonkosher salt
½ tablespoongarlic powder
onion powder
½ teaspoonground black pepper
2 tablespoonssweet relish
2 tablespoonspimento peppers
chopped
1 teaspooncelery seed
2 tsplemon juice
1 poundelbow macaroni
cooked and drained
2 stalkcelery
finely minced
1 cupCarrots
finely minced
1sweet onion
0.5 headroasted garlic
1 cuppeppers
minced
1 tablespoonparsley
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onions and peppers (USING SAUTÉED ONIONS RECIPE IN THE MENU). Then add in raw or roasted garlic in the pan and continue to cook for 2-3 mins.
Step 2
Mince carrots and celery in a blender or food processor.
Step 3
Mix all the wet ingredients together.
Step 4
Add all the veggies to the wet ingredients and blend well
Step 5
Then in a large bowl, add in the COOLED cooked pasta, coat well and refrigerate overnight.
Step 6
