Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in pot over medium heat
Step 2
Add onion and garlic and sauté for ~ 2 minutes
Step 3
Follow with the rest of the vegetables and sauté for an additional 2 minutes
Step 4
Add spices and water and cover
Step 5
Raise heat and bring to a brief boil
Step 6
Return back to medium heat and allow to cook covered until tender (add spice as necessary)
