8 cupschicken stock

16 ozGnocchi

3 cupschicken breasts
cooked, cubed, or shredded

6 ozfresh spinach

2 cupshalf and half
thinly sliced

1 cupgrated romano cheese

Instructions
Step 1
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
Step 2
Add onions and cook until onions are tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute more.
Step 3
Stir in flour and seasonings; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 4
Slowly whisk in chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Add Gnocchi; boil until Gnocchi floats, about 3 minutes. Add chicken.
Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in spinach, cream, and cheese. Serve immediately with croutons.
