Instructions
Step 1
Add following to cooler 1 glass kandi Pappu. 3 glasses of water. 6-8 cloves of garlic. 4 small onions/1 medium onion finely chopped. Few curry leaves. Some chillis (optional)
3 medium sized diced tomatoes.
1 teaspoon olive oil
Pinch of turmeric 4 teaspoons of chilli powder
1 spoon of Daniyala podi
Step 2
Turn flame to high and wait for 1 whistle. Then turn flame to sim and wait for 3 more whistles and turn off. Let it cool
Step 3
Mix and mash the contents of cooker.
Step 4
For tempura take avalu jilakarra red chilli in oil and ghee mix. Let the spices pop and add to Pappu. Add Finely chopped coriander for garnish
