Step 1
Melt butter in a large frypan. SautΓ© onion & garlic until soft & translucent. Add thyme & chicken mince. Cook until it just changes colour, breaking up with your spoon. Add veggies. Cook for another 5 min. Add 500ml of prepared gravy, salt, pepper, cream & parmesan. Stir for a couple of minutes. Add cornflour dissolved in water. Cook, stirring occasionally for a further 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Step 2
Spoon evenly into oven proof pots. Add mash (optional) and a piece of puff pastry to cover top. Whisk your egg & brush tops. Bake in a 180Β°C oven for about 20min or until tops are a golden brown.
