Air Fryer Everything bagel bites stuffed with cream cheese

Instructions

Step 1
Combine AP flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Add in greek yogurt and mix well.
Step 2
Dust additional AP flour over a flat surface to knead dough, This will get pretty messy and sticky, and you will most likely need to add more flour as you go to create the dough.
Step 3
Once dough is formed, divide it into 7-8 pieces. Take each piece of dough, roll it into a ball, and flatten.
Step 4
Place a spoonful of cream cheese in the middle, and fold up the sides to cover the cheese, then roll it into a ball. Repeat steps for all pieces of dough.
Step 5
Place on parchment paper air fryer tray and brush each ball with egg white.
Step 6
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top. Place in the air fryer at 330 degrees and air fry for about 10 minutes then turn it up to 350 for 1 minute to finish off.
Step 7
Take out of the air fryer and let cool for a couple of minutes before enjoying.
