Step 1
Heat oil in a skillet. Finely chop onions.
Step 2
Add onions and minced garlic to skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Chop mushrooms. Add to skillet and cook 6-8 minutes.
Step 4
Crush tomatoes. Add to the skillet with wine, soy sauce, and Italian seasoning. mix.
Step 5
Add water and pasta. Cook, covered, 13-15 minutes.
Step 6
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
