Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
Combine soup, sour cream, jalapeños, onions, and pepper jack cheese
Step 3
Take out 2 cups and set aside
Step 4
Add chicken to mixture
Step 5
Spay 9x13 pan with cooking spray
Step 6
Lay down 3 tortillas - rip to fit in pan
Step 7
Spread half of mixture on tortillas
Step 8
Lay down 3 more tortillas and spread rest of mixture on top
Step 9
Lay final 3 tortillas and spread 2 cups of mixture without chicken on top
Step 10
Cover with cheddar cheese and bake for 40 minutes
