Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.

Prepare the jalapeño cream cheese by blending all ingredients in a food processor until combined.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine chicken, salsa, 1 cup cheese and spices. Place 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture in the center of a tortilla. Fold the right side of the tortilla over the filling, followed by the top and bottom, then fold over and roll tightly to form a burrito.
Step 4
Place on lined baking sheet, seam side down. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy.
Step 5
Top each burrito with 2-3 Tbsp cream cheese and the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Bake for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
Step 6
Garnish with green onion and enjoy!
