Instructions
Step 1
Mix spices and olive oil together in a bowl, brush generously over both sides of chicken.
Step 2
Melt butter in a skillet and sear chicken skin side down until golden brown, flip, cook for 4-5 more minutes and then set aside.
Step 3
Add garlic and shallot to the same pan and sweat, add sundried tomatoes and orzo.
Step 4
Toast the orzo for a few minutes until golden brown, then add wine and chicken stock a little at a time. Let the orzo absorb before adding more liquid.
Step 5
Before the orzo finishes, nestle the chicken back into the mixture. Add fresh basil + burrata and let cook until burrata is melted. Enjoy!
