Instructions

Step 1
Put the potatoes in a pan of salted water, bring it to boil once and let it boil for further 10-12mins until potatoes are tender and cooked through (i peel and cut my potatoes so they are quicker to boil and mash)
Step 2
Mash up the potatoes and add chopped onion, green chillies and coriander along with rest of the ingredients and spices listed.
Step 3
Mix it properly. (You can use this mixture as paratha filling in this stage or shape them into a round and flat kebab shape and shallow fry them)
Step 4
To fry the kebabs you can either use beaten eggs and dip the kebabs in it before putting them on frying pan OR make a smooth mixture with some gram flour and water and use that instead. Fry until golden and serve while its hot.
Step 5
You can also refrigerate them for 4-5days but don’t freeze them.
