Instructions

Step 1
Boil potatoes until soft for about 25 minutes and then mash
Step 2
add large spoon full of any curry powder to mash potato
Step 3
slice a large onion to curry and potato and combine ingredients together
Step 4
spoon even amounts of mixture into a muffin tray
Step 5
bake in the oven at 200*C for 15-18 minutes
