1 cupred wine
or use beef stock, but i recommend wine for flavour
1 ½ cupsbeef stock
½ cuptomato paste
400gcan chopped tomatoes in juice
1 tablespoondried oregano
1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
2 teaspoonsbrown sugar
cherry tomatoes
halved, ripe, optional
spaghetti
cooked, or your favourite shape pasta, or mash
fresh basil leaves

parmesan cheese
freshly grated
