Ingredients
6 servings
¼ cupsoy sauce
2 tablespoonssugar
1 tablespooncider vinegar
1 tablespoonketchup
½ teaspoonginger
1 tablespoonminced garlic
1 teaspooncornstarch
1 lbboneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into 2 inch strips
2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
1 x 16 ouncefrozen stir fry vegetables

1 x 8 ouncepineapple chunks
cans, drained, reserve 1/4 cup juice
Instructions
Step 1
Mix first 7 ingredients with reserved 1/4 cup pineapple juice in small bowl.
Step 2
In large skillet, stir-fry chicken in hot oil 5 minutes. Add vegetables, stir-fry 4 more minutes.
Step 3
Stir in pineapple and sauce, heat through. Serve over rice.
