1.5 lbsground beef
1carrot
peeled and diced
1onion
diced
½ cupfrozen peas
2 clovesgarlic
peeled and diced
1 Tbsfresh rosemary
chopped
¼ tspcinnamon
¼ tspnutmeg

For the mashed potatoes
Step 1
Cover potatoes with water in a pot and boil
Step 2
Add salt once water is boiling and cook for 12 minutes or until soft

Drain and mash
Step 4
Add egg yolk, sour cream, and milk if too thick

Add salt and pepper to taste
For the filling

Add meat to pan with oil over medium high heat and crumble

Add carrots, onions, garlic, rosemary, cinnamon, and nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes

Add salt and pepper to taste

Add peas and cook until warmed

Drain if there's a lot of oil or fat in the pan

Pour into casserole dish
For the gravy

Melt butter in pan over medium heat

Whisk in flour and cook for two minutes

Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce

Simmer until thick, about 1 minute

Pour gravy over filling in casserole dish
