Step 1
In a pot add orzo (or pastina pasta) and cover it with boiling chicken broth and cook for the time indicated on the orzo package (usually 10-15 mins), or until the broth reduces.

In the meantime, place your butter in the freezer for 10 mins.

When the pasta is cooked and the broth has reduced, turn the heat off, add your butter and stir vigorously.

Add your egg and keep stirring until it’s fully incorporated.

Finally add your grated Parmigiano cheese and serve with some black pepper on top and some more Parmigiano. Buon appetito!
