Day Before Cook off Chicken (season with Salt, Pepper, Garlic) and Cut into Dices
Step 2
Make Sauce by adding everything into a stock pot bring to boil add your Slurry and thicken to Glaze
Step 3
Toss Chicken in sauce and place in Hotel Pans to hold until time to serve
