Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C

In bowel mash bananas & combine eggs, oil and carrots with them
Step 3
Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and vanilla (and coconut sugar if you want). Stir well
Step 4
Fold in chopped dates and pecans
Step 5
Fill patty pans 2/3s full and bake for 25mins
