Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350 F
Step 2
Add water and a pinch of salt to the large pot , and bring it to boil.

Trim the pale purple ends off the asparagus, if they are thick cut them in half vertically.

Toss the shrimp and asparagus in oil, salt and pepper,and minced garlic roast for about 10 mins until slightly tender.

Add pasta to water stirring frequently so the that pasta does not stick to itself

Cook pasta for about 7 minutes drain and rinse with water briefly.

Add Margarine to braising pan, turn on heat to low / medium heat.

When the pan is hot add the onions, garlic, cook until the onions are soft.

Add flour and seasonings,and cook for 30 seconds, add 1/2 cup of milk at a time stirring frequently until sauce thickens, add the mushrooms adjust seasonings.

Portion pasta onto pasta bowls,

Add the shrimp to the sauce and stir, pour over noodles, display the asparagus and garlic bread on the with the dish to finish.
