1 Tbspground fennel
1 tspblack pepper
1 tsponion powder
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspcumin
2chicken breast
bone-in, 3/4 - 1 1/2# each
oil
Chimichurri
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all dried spices.
Step 2
Pat chicken dry. Coat with oil, season all sides with spice mix.
Step 3
Preheat air fry 300. Cook chicken 300 for 35 minutes. Until 165 internal temperature.
Step 4
Combine chimichurri ingredients in food processor until finely minced, don't over process.
